  It won't be lost on Aussie car fans that there's been another death in the family.  Chrysler's Australian operations passed away decades ago, followed more recently by Ford's and now, sadly, there's no H in GMH - not even in the form of a badged-up Korean four-pot or an Opel-derived, European-built Commodore.  The Holden is no more.   It's uncertain what, if any, presence US-based parent company General Motors will maintain in Australia.  However, it seems to be widely accepted that the most that we can expect is some niche-marketed GM models - the Camaro and possibly the Silverado - converted to right-hand-drive.
